A complaint came in to IT today…

A service desk call was logged a little after 4pm yesterday; a tec issue was preventing part of the payroll process…it wasn’t fixed until 5:30pm ! Simply not good enough !

Well, you see, four people were working on this (myself included) and it took us around 90minutes to find and correct the problem…but thanks for complaining, that helps boost morale here at the coal face. Rest assured, henceforth we will endeavour to fix things more quickly than it is possible for us to fix things.
