House Episode 5 - WooHoo!
Engineer came over yesterday morning to provide some pre-DA consulting. Can we knock these walls out? Yes. Can we dig this out? Yes. Can we build on that? Yes. So, is there anything in our plans we cannot do? No. And for bonus points, our sub strata looks pretty damn good and should lend itself to having a relatively large chunk of house tacked on to the back of our relatively small house. Then we paid the next installment to the architect and I needed to have a sit down for a while.

It's a good thing you have taken to marathon running as I think from this blog post your running may become your only mode of transport.....hehe ;-)
