And now for something a little different. Today I ran to work, it is fairly safe to assume I will run home and you can take it as read that I'll run the same course I've been running for the past fortnight; I guess that's my little Janathon OCD. No on lobbed anything at me and I was back t my calm, reasonable self.
So in running summary it was humid, it rained and I didn't really enjoy the run to work. After the standard breakfast of mixed berry smoothie, large cap and turkish toast with vegemite I thought I'd listen to the Boomtown Rats song "Rat Trap." Why I typed "rat race" in to YouTube is a bit of a mystery, but it set me off on a listening odyssey of songs with the title "Rat Race."
So, in order of listening, here goes...have a listen; there is some gold in there, but beware the shite.

It's amazing what you find - I've been doing days of the week to head my blogs - come up with some absolute corkers! Well done on your mileage and glad no-one threw anything at you!
Well done on the 400 miles when it happens -- some time tomorrow no doubt. Hope the big toe behaves. Will come back to this post and explore the playlist at some stage!
