The running was pretty straightforward today. Commuted there and back on foot for a 23.9km total for the day. Far cooler and reasonably pleasant. The greatest challenges were getting under Spit Bridge without getting my feet wet in the high-high morning tide that flooded the footpath and then getting to the mezzanine level at work, where the showers are, with the one lift that serves the mezzanine level out of order. First challenge overcome by walking along a small wall and holding a handrail, second by having the cleaner let me go up the fire stairs. That was about as challenging as my day got - sad but true.
Let's hope tomorrow is a little more exiting. Sorry.
