I took Rowlf, my dog, for a walk then put him on a plane to his new home.
His original home with the breeder. Sad for me after almost 8years, good for him. There is a story to tell but we have guests tonight and I don't have tome to write it.
Easy song of the day for this sad runner, based on the title alone.
It's a good sad though, best for everyone. Especially Rowlf.
In running news, I did pretty much the same 20km loop that I did last weekend. Was quite nice.
