JAMIE CULLUM

I've gotten a bit lazy on Strava and will now refer to some of my runs as JAC, or Just Another Commute. Which musically took me here. It's a song from my formative days, but really, it doesn't do a lot for me. You can listen if you want. It's over fairly sharpish.

So the run to work was just another commute and then I did a day at work, broken up by a trip to a psychologist that was really not too bad at all. I'll write about it one day, but not today.

I'm quite busy but not massively motivated at work, so the afternoon dragged a bit. By the time 5pm rolled around it was pretty dark outside but the rain seemed to have stopped. I say seemed because when I got outside it was sort of raining. More drizzle. Or possibly a low fog. I'm not really sure what to call it.

I'm sure some people would find it depressingly miserable, but it was not too cold and I thought it was quite good running weather. It was a bit of a plod home, maybe because I'd had an extremely light lunch, maybe because I'm half way through Juneathon and the lags are getting a bit tired.

Whatever it is,  got home, have gone though 300km for the month so far and am tracking well.

And this is the song that came to mind on the run home.
