extreme!

Saw the sign last night and the website today. Seems I did not miss the JP Morgan run after all.

The JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge in Sydney has been cancelled due to extreme weather and an unsafe working environment at the race site, Centennial Park.

I did miss the extreme weather though. It was a bit cold, and it had rained earlier in the day. I've been out for runs that have ended with me having a light dusting of snow atop a frozen beanie etc. etc. yeah I'm well 'ard. Extreme my arse.

Family interlude...if you're reading this bro, here is an idea...try gargling warm salt water and soluble asprin (not at the same time, maybe alternate) to relieve your sore throat. That seems to work for me. What does not seem to work for me is posting comments to your blog today; that letter-image thing I need to type to verify something or other does not display. Ho hum.
