my leg hurts

I ran home yesterday in around 37mins and then into work again this morning in about 35 but I don't think that's why. I think it is because I sit sideways on the sofa with my left leg up and bent and the right down with foor on the floor. So my upper, outer left thigh has an ache. Need to sort that out. The 5mile to/from work were typically sweaty but I'm glad I got them in.

Work today started with 5 of us heading out to get coffee and toast. A nice start, one I could get used to. Other than that the day was a day at work, but at lunch we headed out for a leaving lunch and I spotted a building with glass and metal additions that I like and would like to see used on the back of our house. I am sure Sal won't like them though..sigh.

Jumping back to last night...straight from the run home I took Rumpole for a walk and had to do little as he found and hung wiht another puppy. Only other puppy was a 10month old Bernese Mountain dog and weighed 50kg. To help the imperial, I weigh 65kg. He's a big puppy, far bigger than Rumpole but our little fella didn't seem to care and still didn't care as he became soaked in slobber from the big fella. I was man alone last night as Sal was a dirty stop-out at a works party, and I'm man alone until Tuesday as she's now in Melbourne with sisters Jo and Mara. Well, Rumpole and me are men alone. Not sure what I'll get up to; hoping for a dive on Saturday and a long run on Sunday, other than that...coffee, newspapers, one man and his (wife's) dog.
