illogical!

I recently ordered a rucksack cover from Respro. It's a waterproof thing with reflective panels and a couple of lights. It is designed to render a bike rider dog-nuts-visible at night. Browsing their website I find a variation upon the theme...the High Viz Camo Dark...now lets just think about that for a while...
