Apologies for the language. My Bro and I have an ongoing exchange of opinions about people whose middle name should be 'fucking'. Politicians are a rich source - Tony-fucking-Blair and so on. I add to my list Aussie news anchor Sandra Sully. She gets right on my tits and you can ignore the bollocks about her if you follow that link. She can't keep still while talking, swinging one shoulder forward then the other and bobbing her head when adding anything remotely approaching emphasis or gravitas. And her voice has a plummy and unreal quality that oozes faked sincerity. I can't take her seroiusly. She's a bloody joke. I concentrate more on how she says something than what it is she says, so as a news anchor she's bloody useless. She is doing a trailer for some eco-catastrophe show to be aired on Sunday. The way she starts with 'Global warming, climate change' squeezed out in a nasal, rubber-spined whine just makes me want to burn a barrel of oil in the back garden and roast an endangered species for dinner. Sheesh. Never met her and she may be a lovely and genuine person, but for now, give me a break, Sandra-fucking-Sully.
