Mixed sashimi box and a green tea
Some ham, 2 sausages, broccoli and sweet potato for dinner. Still hungry, so hit the hummus and celery/capsicum. Hot chilli sauce added to the sweet potato mash (no dairy added) and the hummus.
Approaching 68kg.
Oh, and it was a cracking start to the day.
